Maiden Rising STAR

Player of the Match in a County Cup final

NameTilda aged 14, has been playing for 7 years.
Cricket Story:  I currently play for New Milton / New Forest Women's Team. Also, Hampshire County. My proudest moment was playing in an U15 county cup final for my club when I was 13 and being awarded player of the match. I was 35 not out and we won on the last ball. Cricket will always be my main hobby and if I can play professionally, I'd be ecstatic. At the moment I'm just working hard in the county set up and playing for my club and school 1st XI.
Why do you love Maiden and wanted to be an ambassador?  I love sharing new ideas that can make a difference! I'm interested in fashion and I'm excited that there's a new clothing brand being designed especially for girl's cricket. I am quite tall and most of the kit is a bit of a weird fit for me which makes me feel self-conscious. My first Maiden order has just been delivered and I can’t wait to wear it for the massive amount of cricket that is coming up this summer!

Tilda is supported by Gateley: "We are a proud supporter of Maiden Cricket through the Rising Stars initiative and truly inspired by the innovative spirit and passion of young visionaries, Honor and Cat Black, to transform the world of cricket by contributing to a future where every girl can step onto the cricket field with confidence, dressed in kit that is designed specifically for them. Their drive to transform cricket into a sport that welcomes all, by providing the future generation of female cricketers with specifically tailored attire, resonates deeply with our own aspirations to cultivate an inclusive atmosphere and nurtures an environment that embraces diversity and equality"
