Where is the cricket clothing manufactured?

Maiden Cricket clothing is manufactured in Portugal, at a family-owned fábrica located near the beautiful city of Porto.

We have established a strong partnership with this dedicated and skilled team.

Our team members make regular visits to ensure that every stage of production meets our rigorous quality standards, and to foster the close relationship we share.

This personal touch is part of what makes our clothing so unique and allows us to maintain the high level of craftsmanship and quality that Maiden Cricket is known for.

Are your products true to size?

Our sizes range from ages 8 years to 18, catering to a wide range of ages and body types.

We use age-appropriate sizing and fit to ensure that our clothes are comfortable and flattering for girl cricketers.

How should I wash my Maiden Cricket kit?

We want to ensure your premium kit stays that way, so, here are our top tips for keeping your kit in tip top condition.

• Machine wash cold with like colours at 30 degrees

• Hang dry. Avoid tumble dry

• Never use bleach or softeners

• Avoid washing with heavy or zippered items (like jackets or jeans) that could snag or pull the fabric

You can also wash your Maiden kit inside-out for further protection.


How can I track my order?

We currently use Evri for UK deliveries. You can track your order by logging onto the Evri Website with your tracking number and see how close your Maiden kit is to your door.

What happens if I am not in?

We’ve designed our eco-friendly packaging to fit through a standard letter box.

If you order is larger, you can divert your parcel at any point in your parcel’s journey to a neighbour or other safe place. You can also divert to one of their 14,000+ ParcelShops or Lockers

Can I change my order?

As soon as you place your order, we will immediately start fulfilling it in order to provide you with the fastest delivery time possible. Therefore, your order cannot be changed once it is placed.

How can I pay for Maiden kit?

It is important that our customers feel safe ordering from us. We accept PayPal and a range of credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard.

What do I do if there is a problem?

If for any reason your Maiden kit have been damaged on their way to you or there is a fault with them, please do email with full details.

What if I want to make a return?

You can return your items for a full refund or exchange them for a different size or style.

Your Returns must be returned within 30 days, unworn and unwashed, in the original packaging.

If you are experiencing any problems at all with your return, please don't hesitate to contact our friendly customer service team with full details.

How long does it take to process a refund?

As soon as we receive your returned item, we’ll work hard to process it quickly. This can take up to 5 working days and your refund can take up to 7 days to appear in your bank.

Please note we can only refund the account that originally made the purchase.
