Exchange & Returns
We want you to love your Maiden purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 14-day return period starting from the day your order arrives.
Return Eligibility
Items must meet the following conditions to be accepted for return:

Unworn and unused

In the same condition as received
-
With all tags attached
-
In the original packaging
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your order number and reason for return inside the parcel. All returns are inspected before being approved.
How to Request a Return
All returns must be requested through the Maiden Returns Portal.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive:

A return shipping label

Instructions on where and how to send your item
Please note: returns sent without first being requested through the portal will not be accepted.
Exchanges
You can request an exchange through the same Returns Portal. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refund Process
Once your return arrives with us, we’ll inspect it and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at hello@maiden-cricket.co.uk so we can sort it promptly.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We’re unable to accept returns on sale items and gift cards.
