Sick of ill-fitting, unisex cricket kit, teenage sisters Honor and Cat Black made their own. 

Now Maiden works with players, clubs, schools and county boards to get more women and girls in clothing and equipment designed for their bodies and needs.

The fact is...

Women's cricket has moved on. But one thing has barely changed.

The kit.

Many women and girls are still playing in resized men's clothing that was never designed for their bodies.

For years, that was just accepted.
Roll your trousers up. Wear the men's version.
Get on with it.

While some adapt. Some stop playing altogether.

Today, we work with club, schools, universities and county boards to improve the experience of women and girls across cricket.

We help teams move beyond resized men's kits with female-first teamwear.

Through the Maiden Mission, we're building a community of players, parents, coaches and supporters who believe cricket should work better for women and girls.

Because if we want more women and girls to discover cricket, enjoy cricket and stay in cricket... we have to keep removing the little things that get in the way.
