This website is operated by Maiden Cricket Clothing Ltd. Throughout this page, the terms "we", "us", "our", "Maiden" refer to:
Maiden Cricket Clothing Ltd, Registered Address: Sabella House, Crosshills, Keighley BD20 7BW, Company Number: 14534752
Email: hello@maiden-cricket.co.uk
By purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Supply, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms of Use, Returns, Refunds & Personalised Goods Policy, and Shipping Policy.
SECTION 1 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
SECTION 2 – PRICING POLICY
Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice. Products purchased on the website will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase, except where that price was displayed in error.
SECTION 3 – ORDER LIMITATIONS
We reserve the right to reject any order placed on this website and/or to limit quantities on any order without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will always attempt to notify you using the e-mail address provided with the order. Your credit or debit card will be immediately refunded if we reject an order.
SECTION 4 – AVAILABILITY
Our products on sale and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website, within the limits of stock availability. In the event of unavailability after ordering, we will inform you immediately by email or telephone. Your order will be cancelled and refunded automatically if we are unable to contact you.
SECTION 5 – PROMOTIONAL CODES & GIFT CARDS
Promotional codes & gift cards are debited at the time of your order. Digital coupons are automatically redeemed if applicable to your purchase. Coupons cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase. Refunds will not be issued if the value of the coupon exceeds the value of your purchase.
SECTION 6 – CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
All sales are subject to Maiden's Returns, Refunds & Personalised Goods Policy. For the full cancellation, return, and warranty policy — including our approach to personalised and bespoke club orders — please review that policy on our website.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING
Full detail on delivery methods, dispatch times, costs, and remote-postcode exceptions is set out in our Shipping Policy, available on our website. By placing an order, you also agree to the terms of that policy.
The goods are delivered to the postal address provided when ordering. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the postal address provided — please review your order confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if it needs to be amended. Where an address is invalid and delivery is impossible, we will attempt to contact you; if we're unable to reach you within 5 days, your payment will be refunded and you will be invited to re-order once the address is corrected.
Do not accept a parcel showing major damage. If you do accept a damaged parcel, please note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, take photographic evidence, and notify us as soon as possible. If your order does not arrive, please notify us within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email.
[PENDING: This section has been shortened to avoid duplicating (and drifting out of sync with) the dedicated Shipping Policy. The dispatch-time, rates, and international-shipping detail previously here has been removed — it conflicted with the Shipping Policy in places and referenced a Trade/distributor page and international shipping that don't reflect Maiden's current UK-only service. Once the Shipping Policy figures are confirmed with leadership, do a final consistency check between the two documents.
SECTION 8 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without prior notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Maiden reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your card charged. If your card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Maiden will issue a refund to your card account for the amount charged. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
SECTION 9 – DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY LIMITATION
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents, or subcontractors, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subject to the paragraph above, Maiden does not warrant that products or services offered for sale on this website are free from minor errors or omissions in their description. No oral advice or written information given by Maiden shall create a warranty beyond what's set out in these Terms.
If you are using our website for business purposes, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, and representations to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, or goodwill.
SECTION 10 – AGE OF CONSENT
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase on this website.
If you are under 18, you may only use this website and make purchases with the knowledge and involvement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for that use on your behalf. Where our Ambassador programme or other features involve someone under 18, participation requires parental or guardian consent as set out in our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 – TRANSFER OF THIS AGREEMENT
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, for example if we sell, restructure, or merge our business. We will always tell you in writing if this happens, and this will not affect your rights under these Terms.
SECTION 12 – CONTACT INFORMATION
Questions about an order or these Terms should be sent to us at hello@maiden-cricket.co.uk.
SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions of Supply shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, meaning that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you are a business customer, these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
