Childhood cancer survivor joins Maiden Cricket ambassador programme to champion girls' cricket

Holly Hammond-Lewis, 20, has joined Maiden's ambassador programme. She took up cricket at six after being encouraged into sport following childhood cancer treatment, and has gone on to captain multiple age-group and senior sides at Nassington Cricket Club, alongside playing for Nottingham Trent University's women's team.

Maiden co-founder Honor Black said Holly's journey and determination make her exactly the kind of role model the brand wants girls in cricket to see.
