Sick of ill-fitting, unisex cricket kit, teenage sisters Honor and Cat Black made their own. In August 2026, they took Maiden into the Den.
Why Maiden exists
For generations, women and girls have played cricket in kit that was never designed for them - men's and boys' ranges, shrunk down and recoloured. Maiden is a female-first cricket brand: we design clothing, teamwear and equipment around female players from the start.
Today we work with players, clubs, schools and county boards to improve the experience of women and girls across the game, with more than 300 ambassadors, partnerships across schools and county cricket, and a growing presence in the U.S.
