Ella has been playing cricket for ten years and represents her school, club and county. A consistent performer on the Hampshire pathway since under 12 level, she balances heavy training blocks with studies at Westgate School and is known for focus, resilience and a team first mindset.

On the pitch, Ella leads with the ball. A strong approach, repeatable action and smart fields mean she builds pressure from ball one. She hits her lengths, varies pace and reads situations quickly, adding valuable lower order runs when the game needs calm and intent.

Her ambition is clear, play professionally. She wants to keep progressing through the county system, test herself against stronger opposition and refine the skills that win games.

Ella joined Maiden to help inspire more girls into cricket and to back kit that is designed specifically for girls. She believes better fit, better comfort and better representation will keep more players in the game and push standards higher.
