Kyra
Pace Bowler, Club Cricket, St Joseph’s College, Eccleshall
Kyra has been playing cricket for eight years and is already making a significant impact as a pace bowler. At just 13, she took 3 wickets in her first senior men’s match, proving her skill, composure, and ability to rise to the challenge of competitive cricket.
On the pitch, Kyra is fast, focused, and fearless. Her pace and accuracy make her a key player, and she brings energy and intensity to every match. Kyra's ambition is clear – she wants to play for England and continue progressing to the highest levels of the game.
Kyra joined Maiden because she is passionate about promoting girls' cricket, especially the need for properly fitting kit. She believes it’s crucial for girls to have access to clothing designed for them, and she’s excited to spread the word about how Maiden is changing the game for girls in cricket. Kyra wants to be part of a movement that gives young female cricketers the confidence to excel on and off the field.
