Lauren has already made her mark as both a player and a leader, winning Dorset and ECB’s National Young Coach of the Year awards. She is passionate about growing the game locally and internationally, using her coaching and playing to open doors for more girls to get involved and stay in cricket.

She became a Maiden ambassador because she believes representation, community, and kit that truly fits are the keys to progress. Having experienced the challenges herself, Lauren is proud to be part of building the solutions and showing the next generation that cricket is a game where they belong.
