All rounder and captain, Club Cricket, Hampshire

Stephanie has played cricket for twenty years and leads from the front on and off the field. As a club captain and qualified coach with the Hampshire Cricket Board, she delivers cricket in schools, runs girls’ sessions at club level, and turns first experiences with a bat and ball into long term participation.

On the pitch, Stephanie is a genuine all rounder. She builds innings with patience, accelerates when it matters, and owns tight chases, highlighted by a highest score of 83. With ball in hand and in the field, she sets standards and drives intensity. Her track record includes winning the Hampshire Slam two seasons in a row, proof of skill, planning and leadership.

Her goal is simple, more women and girls playing, more often, for longer. She wants to grow pathways that welcome beginners, retain teenagers, and develop adult teams that compete with pride.

Stephanie joined Maiden because the mission mirrors her work, kit that fits, visibility that inspires, and a brand that listens to players and coaches. She wants to champion better product for girls and women, carry that message into schools and clubs, and help the game open its doors wider.
