Sophia has been playing cricket for five years and is already making an impact with ball and bat. Representing her school, club and county, she balances training and matches with studies at Sir Roger Manwood’s, building a reputation for discipline, consistency and team spirit.

On the pitch, Sophia leads with her bowling, accurate, aggressive and calm under pressure. Her standout performances include four wickets for four runs in two overs, and she can change a game with the bat too, smashing 52 from 22 when her team needed momentum. She thrives in tight moments, reads the game quickly and raises the standards around her.

Her ambition is clear, she wants to play for England. She is driven by more than personal milestones, she wants to help more girls step into the game, stay in the game and feel confident doing it.

Sophia joined Maiden because the mission matches her voice, proper girls kit, better representation and a brand that listens to players. She wants to encourage clubs to provide the right women’s and girls’ wear, build community from the grassroots up and show the next generation what is possible.
