Bowling all rounder, School Club and County, Guildford High School

Sahana has been playing cricket for five years and already thrives against older and stronger opposition. She represents school, club and county, balancing training and matches with studies at Guildford High School, and she is building a reputation for skill, resilience and leadership.

On the pitch, Sahana impacts games with ball and bat. As a bowler she hits a consistent length and thinks a batter out, as a batter she changes tempo and finishes innings with calm. Highlights include a hat trick in her first over of a season at 13, a maiden fifty at 14 in an under 17 under 18 fixture, and becoming the first female to play a senior men’s match for Woking and Horsell.

Her ambition is clear, play at the highest possible level and inspire younger girls to follow. She wants to keep testing herself, learning fast, and setting standards that others can see and believe in.
