Francesca has been playing cricket for three years and is already leading from the front. A season award winner as U11 Best Bowler and a team captain, she balances school and club commitments with a growing hunger to test herself against stronger opposition.

On the pitch, Francesca is a competitor, accurate, lively, and reliable under pressure. She sets fields with purpose, hits her lengths, and lifts teammates with her energy. Her record speaks for itself, the wickets column fills up, and her standards keep rising.

Her next step is clear, attend Sussex County Cricket trials over the coming weeks, measure herself, learn fast, and return to lead her side into next season with even more intent.

Francesca joined Maiden because she wants more girls in the game, more access, more confidence, and kit that actually fits. She believes clubs should make cricket easier to join and easier to stay, and she wants to be part of that change from the grassroots up.
